AGCO fines three Ontario iGaming operators for offering unlicensed slots
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has issued fines totaling $51,760 to three iGaming operators for offering unapproved and uncertified slots
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has fined Bunchberry, Mobile Incorporated and LeoVegas for offering uncertified slots.
The regulator pointed out that licensed operators and suppliers in Ontario’s regulated iGaming market must offer only games that have been certified by the AGCO or AGCO-registered ITL to protect citizens from gambling harm and ensure game integrity and fairness.
The three operators have been fined a total of $51,760 for their violations.
