France's gambling and advertising regulators, the ANJ and ARPP respectively, have formed a new cooperation agreement to enhance the regulation of gambling advertising in the country
France’s gambling regulator, l'Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ), has entered into a new cooperation agreement with the nation's advertising watchdog, l'Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité (ARPP).
The agreement establishes a framework for information sharing and collaboration across five key areas, aiming to ensure effective regulation of gambling advertising and marketing in the country.
The regulators will work together on new products and tools to better control gambling advertising, with an annual meeting planned to discuss progress.
