Serviceplan Italy has collaborated with Sisal, a leading international gaming operator, to launch an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system called A.D.A. (Anti Dependence Algorithm) aimed at promoting responsible gambling.
A.D.A. analyzes the gaming experiences of over 600,000 Sisal customers monthly to identify risky behaviors and profiles. This data analysis enables the activation of preventive measures and protective tools to guide players towards a sustainable gaming experience.
Serviceplan Italy has provided support in naming and graphic identity, developing a storytelling journey called "Meet A.D.A." to enhance its purpose and establish it as a benchmark for responsible gambling and consumer protection globally.
Sisal's strategy focuses on sustainability, digital innovation, and internationalization, and it aims to have zero problem gamblers by 2030.
