Tennessee: KeyStar Applies for Sports Wagering License for ZenSports
KeyStar submits sports wagering license application for ZenSports in Tennessee, eyeing fast-growing state for sports betting.
KeyStar Corp, the parent company of ZenSports, has applied for a sports wagering license in Tennessee. Following its acquisition of ZenSports in October 2022, KeyStar is hoping to launch both the traditional sportsbook and peer-to-peer sports betting marketplace in Tennessee.
The company's CEO, Mark Thomas, expressed confidence in launching ZenSports in Tennessee, citing the state's significant technology innovation and rapid growth in sports wagering.
The license application was submitted in accordance with the Tennessee Sports Gaming Act and the Sports Wagering Advisory Council rules.
Prior to his appointment as KeyStar's CEO, Thomas co-founded and served as CEO of ZenSports.
