TopSport, an operator in Lithuania, has been fined by the Lithuanian Gambling Supervisory Authority for allowing underage gambling at one of its slot salons.
The operator failed to identify the minor and two others who entered the salon, violating regulations prohibiting underage customers. Additionally, the regulator found a breach in informing customers of the risks of gambling. As a result, TopSport faces a fine of $26,710, which can be appealed.
This is not the first time TopSport has faced violations, including accepting unauthorized payments and non-compliance with gambling promotion rules.
